Matt Gregory
Matt is an entrepreneurial leader in product innovation, operations, and supply chain management, with expertise spanning food and personal care. He is currently the VP of Product Development at Nood and is also pursuing his ACC accreditation at Brown University's ACT Program for leadership and performance coaching.
With a career that bridges start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, Matt has a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence. He has led cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and scale new products, optimize operations, and drive strategic growth. Prior to Nood, he founded Big Forest LLC, a consulting practice focused on high-growth start-ups, and served as an Innovator in Residence at the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University. As COO of Sensory Cloud, he led a major company pivot and spearheaded the development of FEND, a consumer respiratory hygiene product recognized by Fast Company and Time Magazine.
Earlier in his career, as Director of Innovation at Plum Organics, Matt launched multiple successful products, redesigned the supply chain for resilience and quality, and played a key role in the company’s integration with Campbell Soup. He was also on the founding faculty of The Food Business School, The Culinary Institute of America's executive education program, where he co-developed the Concept to Shelf curriculum.
